Great thought Tebo. For me it's developing this universally but more specifically for the small number of people closest to me (close friends and family). The challenge in part is how to articulate these often uncharted conversations.
It’s most difficult with close friends & family, Colin. I find asking questions helps me get to my destination. Trying to understand their thinking, and perhaps that opens up the door for me to articulate my thoughts. Kind of like being invited inti their house. And then I think it takes a certain degree of bravery and courage to put yourself out there. Not as much to loose as there is to gain, I would say. How are you going about it?

Could you build your question out further, James? What’s your thought?
